Our Return Policy
Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 3 days from delivery date. Please inform us through one of our contact channels first in 24 hours, in order to allow for a smooth return process.
As a reputable brand, we strictly follow quality control and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. In line with our refund policy, we do allow full refunds under the following conditions:

The customer must return the exact same parcel to our designated warehouse using any courier service.

Once the parcel is delivered, kindly share the Courier Tracking Number (CN) with us.

After we receive the parcel in its original condition, a full refund will be processed on the same day.
Please ensure the hijabs are returned in their original, unworn condition, exactly as they were delivered. For hygiene and safety reasons, our systems are equipped to detect usage. If the product has been worn or used, unfortunately, we will be unable to process the refund as per our strict hygiene compliance policy.

If you don't like the product and need to return or replace it, we facilitate credit process or product replacement. Individual needs to send the same exact product at our designated warehouse , in order to get their value money. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The items must be returned in their original packaging including dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes. The courier charge is applicable.

If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice. In any case you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return. First share us the picture of defectiveness, as we have a compliance process its in our record along the with article picture we have delivered you. If the saved picture of your parcel is exact and you miscommunicate, we will take a legal action against you and the amount will not be refund.
Products that fall under specific categories including, cosmetics, fragrance, skin care and beauty tools are not valid for return service.
